The purpose of partnering with visionary landlords is to go through an incubation process to help breath life into innovative business ideas while giving the landlord partner the chance to benefit at the same time.
The Verona
Our first CO-LAB venture will be the The Verona in Paddington - Sydney. The Verona will be a new concept
multi-purpose dynamic space where it will test our main thesis that a space should not be for one purpose, one tenant or one income, instead a space should be multi-purpose, multi-tenant and have multiple levels of income.
The Verona will be managed by our SpaceBook Platform technology and the space will be a constant source of change and innovation. We will be able to host from TV cooking shows, concept stores, product launches plus we will help online brands expand into physical retail quickly, easily, and delightfully.
